A dog lover all of my life, I previously volunteered as a “dog socializer” at Valley Humane Society and was active in the Paws to Read program with my therapy dog, Chester. As a retired business owner and Rotary member, I enjoy being active in the local community. I have a soft spot in my heart for all dogs and am privileged to be able to work with Senior Sidekicks and help folks with their dogs. It has been a pleasure meeting the seniors and learning about their dogs.

I'm Macy, a high school student with a big love for dogs. My family has been fostering pups with Valley Humane Society since I was young, so supporting animals and helping people find companions has always been a mission that's close to my heart. I feel lucky to be able to work on Senior Sidekicks and be able to help seniors and their animals in any way I can!

Senior citizens in our society face many challenges, and the ability to enrich their lives with our time and support is priceless.
